Manchester streetwear brand. I pitched them by building a complete working concept store instead of a deck - they liked it enough to make it their real site. It is now live as dramacall.com ...
the whole process
A full custom Shopify theme from scratch, no starting template: Courier typewriter type, 1px borders, invert-on-hover, their star as a hand-traced SVG used everywhere including the actual mouse cursor. Landing splash plays their brand films as self-hosted background video (rebuilt their YouTube embeds as compressed MP4s so no player UI ever appears), with links that hide until you hover the logo
A movies page styled as a TV with a bouncing DRAMA DVD screensaver and a tracklist of every brand film, a flagship store page with an auto-sliding photo reel of the Tib St shop, and a fast checkout flow: hover any product for size pills that drop it straight into the cart drawer, sold-out pieces greyed with a badge, cross-page transitions where the logo morphs between its position on each page
Trackeh Run: a hidden, fully playable 3D skating game I built in three.js with a PS1 look - rendered low-res and upscaled. It checks the real Manchester clock for day or night, rolls the weather each run, flyposts the walls with their real campaign posters, and their actual Tib St shopfront rolls past complete with neon window and pigeons on the ledge. Score 1200 and it hands you a working discount code
The game has a public leaderboard - name entry, profanity filter, rate limiting - running on a Cloudflare Worker I deployed, plus personal bests saved per player. Their owner renamed the death screen; I shipped it
Ongoing since launch as their de facto dev: built a size filter into their old theme mid-sale, fixed collection ordering and gallery speed from staff WhatsApp messages same-day, and made them a Mortal-Kombat-style promo reel in the same engine, exported to MP4 for their socials
My own project - a hand-picked, interactive map of the best creative people in the north, designed and built from scratch. And they say there's nothing up north ...
the whole process
Designed and built end to end in vanilla HTML, CSS and JavaScript - no frameworks, no libraries, no map service. The whole UK is drawn from raw lat/lon coordinates through a custom projection I wrote by hand
Interactive low-poly map with the north in full colour and the rest of the country dimmed; every creative is a pin coloured by discipline, opening a profile card styled like a UK driving licence
No search bar - just a sentence: "i'm looking for [a photographer] up north," with a dropdown that filters the map across 21 disciplines. Google-Maps-style constant-size pins, same-town clustering and an auto-declutter pass so nothing overlaps
A shareable deep link for every person, schema.org structured data for SEO, and a companion script that auto-generates on-brand Instagram post images for each new creative. Live on Cloudflare Pages, growing by referral
Parismohttps://parismo.uk
Full Shopify rebuild for an underground Sheffield streetwear brand - a video portal homepage, a VHS tape archive you can play, and a shop where even the cursor is on brand ...
the whole process
Every customer-facing page rebuilt in Liquid, custom CSS and vanilla JavaScript: bold lowercase Helvetica with tight tracking throughout, and a star cursor that flips between white and black depending on the surface underneath it
Corteiz-style portal homepage - one of the brand's tapes picked at random plays full-bleed behind a solid white logo, with just three links: tapes, shop, info. The password page runs the same footage with the logo bouncing around like a DVD screensaver
Tapes page: a VHS cassette floats in the middle of the screen. Hover or tap it and every brand film bursts out in orbit as thumbnails - click one and it plays fullscreen
The shop itself: product cards that pop on hover, a vertical thumbnail rail on product pages, square size pills, a back link that remembers which collection you came from, and native crossfade transitions between pages
Full Shopify site redesign and flatlay photography for the streetwear brand I also happen to run - the testbed where everything gets tried first ...
the whole process
Fully custom storefront replacing the default Dawn theme with a Supreme-inspired minimalist look - built in Liquid, custom CSS and vanilla JavaScript, no apps
Pages with personality: a scattered polaroid photo gallery where hovered prints straighten while the rest blur, an old film-reel movies page with click-to-play, and a glitchy "TARGET MISSED" 404
Supreme-style product pages with dynamic variant switching and sold-out states, plus a sliding AJAX cart drawer and a wireframe shopping-basket cart page
Everything editable through the Shopify customizer - reusable sections, custom templates and metafields

Two full builds for Leeds streetwear shop Best - first the drop launch site, then a ground-up minimal rebuild with a shoppable lookbook and local SEO ...
the whole process
Ground-up rebuild on a fresh theme, Supreme-style minimal: small centred script logo, two buttons (own label / lookbook) and an image-only product grid that scrolls inside its own panel on desktop while the footer stays pinned on screen
Product names and prices follow the cursor as a black label, so the grid stays nothing but clothes. Product pages use square size pills, and a mini cart drops in under the bag link without leaving the page
Shoppable lookbook: a slideshow of the brand shoot arranged into colour chapters, with a marker on every piece in each photo on desktop and product buttons under each photo on mobile
Local SEO for the Leeds shop: structured data sitewide, a dedicated store page, and their Google Business Profile and Search Console brought back under the brand's control
Before the rebuild I ran their drop launches on the previous build and shot the flatlays: countdown lock screen, a one-hour members early-access window with a live countdown banner, low-stock badges, and launch emails in the brand's black and yellow
Full Shopify rebuild for an Australian streetwear brand built around mental health - moved off a paid theme and onto a bold custom build ...
the whole process
Rebuilt from a fresh base in a brutalist streetwear style: hard 2px borders, offset block shadows, rotated sticker chips, grain texture, giant outline type and marquee bands in their teal, neon green and pink
A header that sits transparent over the hero and collection banners then turns solid on scroll, sections that reveal as you move down the page, and a cart drawer with a "Complete the fit" row that adds any size in one tap
A Mental Health HUB of practitioners, each with a profile page that fills itself in from details already in the store - website, bookings, role and photo - so nothing had to be entered twice
Branded pages for their story, affiliates and size guide with the real per-garment charts, customer reviews wired into every product page, and all of it editable in the Shopify customiser
VSZNhttps://vsznclothing.com
Full Shopify site redesign and flatlays for VSZN - the redesign process pulled 13.4K views on TikTok ...
the whole process
Bespoke Dawn-based theme with a sticky left sidebar nav, animated mobile drawer, and a site-wide custom cursor that auto-inverts against light or dark backgrounds
Coming-soon password page with a full-bleed denim hero and SMS waitlist signup
Homepage built from three custom sections - hero CTA, snap-scrolling latest-products strip, and a 3x3 Community Fits grid that replaced a paid third-party app with a free customizer-editable section
Slide-in AJAX cart drawer plus a graph-paper cart page - and sold-out cards go greyscale with a graffiti "this mf sold out" overlay
Cloberryhttps://www.cloberry.co.uk
Full Shopify site redesign for Cloberry - built from scratch, no page builders, no third-party apps ...
the whole process
Built from scratch in Liquid, vanilla JavaScript and CSS - no page builders, no third-party apps
Floating glass-effect sticky header, predictive search with live results as you type, and a cart drawer with line-item editing, recommendations and Apple Pay / Shop Pay
Collection pages with hover-to-reveal quick add on desktop and tap-to-expand size picker on mobile; product pages with scroll-stacked galleries and metafield-driven accordions
Password landing page with a live countdown to the drop and WhatsApp community signup - all owner-editable through the Shopify customiser
threeten corpshttps://threetencorps.xyz
Custom Shopify theme for a West London streetwear brand, written from blank files - the client published it the same day it was built ...
the whole process
A full theme with no starting template, replacing a stock one: military-spec look in IBM Plex Mono, bone background, hairline borders, olive and signal red. Designed as a clickable mockup first, signed off, then built
Enter gate: an ink-black splash with their stencil logo, corner brackets and the brand's West London coordinates. It shows once per visit, then gets out of the way and drops you onto the product grid
Product photos keep their studio backgrounds - a blend mode dissolves them into the page colour, so nothing needs retouching and every new product just works
The whole store in the same voice: grid, product page, bag, search, 404 and a mobile menu with numbered links
OFFKEYhttps://offkeyldn.com
Full Shopify site redesign and flatlays for OFFKEY London ...
the whole process
Transparent header that overlays the full-bleed hero then transitions to solid white on scroll - with synchronized swapping between white and black logo variants
Ambient cross-fading hero, a 4-up "New In" grid with two-image hover swap, and a product page with sticky info column and prominent "Add to Bag" CTA
Slide-out cart drawer, minimal collection pages, custom password splash and an on-brand 404
Mobile-first throughout - hamburger drawer, fluid typography, adaptive grids - with all custom code modular and scoped so Dawn stays upgradeable
Hudson's Galleryhttps://hudsonsgallery.com
Custom Shopify drop store for Hudson's Gallery - minimal, lowercase, and covered in charms that scatter when you touch them ...
the whole process
Every customer-facing page replaced with custom sections: condensed lowercase type, white space and hairlines, with the colour left to the product
For the bracelet drop, the nine charm logos are scattered across every page like sprinkles on a cake. Tap or click anywhere and the nearby charms scatter; on the password page they dodge the cursor and spring back
Cut the charm artwork out to transparent PNGs myself so they can overlap at any angle, and built the background to keep working even if an image goes missing
Built for the owner to run alone: product descriptions turn their own headings into collapsible dropdowns, FAQs are editable blocks, policy pages are themed to match, and a slide-out cart adds to bag without a page reload
Project Baselhttps://projectbasel.com
Full Shopify rebuild for a UK streetwear brand - a homepage of AI-generated blocks replaced with a proper store, sets that add in one tap, and a map of everywhere they have shipped ...
the whole process
Rebuilt from a fresh base in their voice: heavy uppercase Helvetica, black and white with one red, square buttons, and a header that sits white over the hero then flips to black on scroll
Built for how they sell: a set button on every piece adds the zip-up and joggers together in one tap with the sizes synced, and turns red if that size is sold out in the other half. One-tap sticker add-ons in the cart drawer
A dot-matrix world map of everywhere the brand has shipped, drawn from real geographic data with a pin per country, which the owner adds to himself from a list
The whole store, not just the homepage: flat black menu drawer, sold out / sale / new badges, coming-soon states for empty collections, info page that lists the policies itself, and a launch on the owner's Friday-evening deadline
INTRPDhttps://intrpd.uk
Shopify redesign for a streetwear brand - a lookbook hero, Supreme-style colour cards, and a store that runs on its own data rather than workarounds ...
the whole process
Custom sections on a Dawn base: a full-bleed hero that slides through their lookbook shots with the header sitting transparent over it and turning solid on scroll, a featured grid, and a socials section that pulls the brand's channels into one strip
Supreme-style colour cards: every colour of a tee gets its own card in the collection, with the right photo and the colour in the name, opening straight onto that colour on the product page
Colour swatches that are actual thumbnails of the tee rather than a dropdown - click one and the gallery, price and link all switch with it
Tidied the store underneath so it all works on real data: duplicate products merged, stock counts corrected, and an image assigned to every colour. Plus a locked page for between drops, and ongoing updates since
The Hades Effecthttps://thehadeseffect.com
Full redesign, build and SEO launch for a men's midlife coaching business ...
the whole process
Rebuilt a 2-page site into an 8-page brand experience - gold on black, cinematic display type, film grain and scroll-driven animation, hand-coded with no frameworks or templates
Interactive features built to drive bookings: a 12-symptom self-check with live scoring, expanding process cards, and a fully accessible full-screen nav
Full SEO launch: keyword-mapped content with schema on every page, a local landing page, optimised Google Business Profile and Search Console setup - including fixing a hidden CDN setting that was blocking the site from AI search engines
Ongoing growth plan: monthly content calendar, backlink strategy and measurable 30/60/90-day reporting
Fast, modern site that ranks for searches like this one - built once, looked after monthly. Email [email protected] and your site goes here next.
People also ask
How much does a website cost in Harrogate?
Honest answer: it depends what the site needs to do - a restaurant taking bookings and a five-page trades site are different jobs. I price every project personally rather than off a menu. Email [email protected] and you'll get a straight answer, usually same day.
Why is my website not showing up on Google?
Usually some mix of: it's slow, it's not mobile friendly, it hasn't been touched in years, or Google can't read what you actually do. I find the exact reasons for free - one page, plain English.
Do I need someone to look after my website monthly?
A website is like a van - it needs servicing or it quietly breaks. I look after sites monthly: updates, security, fresh content and SEO, handled. One Harrogate shop's site got hacked this year because nobody was watching it.
